Situation
As a Domino Administrator, you use one of your workstations with IBM Notes clients to switch id to help solve users issues. Over time the local address book gets so many policies updates that items don’t seem to update properly on the workstation, thus causing additional issues.
Solution
We can add the following to the Notes.ini file to prevent out workstation from updating policies.
DisableDynConfigClient=1
This parameter prevents the DYNINFOCR line in your Notes.ini from updating thus preventing the Policies from downloading.
